He is one of the three CEOs of the Grupo Empresarial Antioqueño companies. Together with his peers in Sura and Argos, he contributed from Nutresa in the articulation of the defense strategy of the conglomerate of companies in the face of the hostile takeover initiated by the Gilinski family in November 2021. Now he has the mission of bringing to a successful conclusion the agreement reached with the Cali banker with which he will keep 87% of the shares of the food company, but resigning to participate as a shareholder of the other companies of the GEA. He is a civil engineer from Universidad Eafit and holds a master’s degree in business administration from the same institution.
