Daniel Mangabeira is Vice President of Government Affairs for Latin America at Binance, the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange by market value. Mangabeira holds a PhD in International Law from the University of São Paulo (USP), a master’s degree in International Relations from the University of Brasilia and a master’s degree in International Economic Law from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. He previously worked at Bitso and Uber as a public policy officer.
