Eduardo Francisco Costantini is founder and CEO of Consultatio Asset Management and Consultatio Real Estate. He is one of the main promoters of the urban and real estate development of Nordelta and Puertos, in Tigre and Escobar, respectively, in the province of Buenos Aires.
