From a family immersed in culture (she herself studied English literature at Mexico’s National Autonomous University), Elena Reygadas opted for cooking and the culinary business. At 46, she has in her business background restaurants such as Rosetta, Lardo, Café Nin and Bella Aurora, which have turned Mexico City’s gastronomic world upside down. In addition, Reygadas was nominated this year as the best female chef in the world during “The World’s 50 Best Restaurants 2023 Awards”.
