An entrepreneur with more than 28 years of experience leading digital transformation processes in Latin America. She assumed the rectorship in January 2022, becoming the first woman in the history of the institution to hold this position with a mandate from the Board of Trustees to lead CESA’s transformation based on the new talent training needs, the generation of new relevant value propositions, as well as institutional modernization and cultural change. It structured the strategic plan and designed the transformation roadmap and action plan to 2028. In 2022, CESA became the best private business school in the country according to Saber Pro results.
