Emilio Cadena runs a company that advises, accompanies and provides consulting services to companies seeking to settle in Mexico to take advantage of the country’s installed industrial base and trade agreements with more than 30 markets. In addition, Cadena has become one of the voices of caution around the investment promises that relocation has triggered. The executive says that the war for talent could trigger a crisis if companies, academia and the government do not generate new generations of professionals to nurture the dozens - if not hundreds - of companies seeking to operate in Mexico.
