Felipe Vilá

He is a director of Corporación Mexicana de Inversiones de Capital, which manages some US$1 billion. At the end of last year he launched Fondo de Fondos Mexico Venture III, a vehicle for investing solely in private equity funds and co-investing with them. Vilá has more than 20 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, project finance, privatizations, and debt and equity financial markets. He was also CEO of HSBC Securities in Mexico.
