He was the executive director of Durman Esquivel, and under his leadership the company expanded aggressively into Mexico, Central America, Peru and Colombia. After the merger with Aliaxis, in 2006, the holding company Grupo Montecristo was formed, of which Durman is the CEO, monopolizing business activities such as real estate, commercial, agro-industrial, forestry, financial, among others. Under his direction, there has been a growth of the holding’s health division, both in offices around Costa Rica and in the acquisition of new ones that offer the Costa Rican population a health ecosystem.
