Héctor Magnetto, CEO of Grupo Clarín. He is the head of the largest Argentine media group and owns 83% of its shares together with the Noble Herrera brothers. He is considered to be the main responsible for the expansion and diversification of the media group during the nineties. Mr. Magnetto is vice-president of the Argentine Business Association (AEA). During the first half of 2023, the group reported a profit of ARS$962.3 million, or US$2.75 million using the official dollar exchange rate. Net income was 250% higher compared to the same period in 2022.
