Josefina is the current director general of the Mexican Association of Real Estate Funds (AMEFIBRA), a sector that is seen as a beneficiary of nearshoring. Previously, she was part of the multidisciplinary network of real estate and land use experts at Urban Land Institute Mexico (ULI Mexico). She has more than 25 years of experience in the real estate sector, focused on shopping centers, telecommunications and investments. She is a public accountant by profession and her work experience includes her participation in Fondo de Opción and Promotora de Fusión.
