She is the first woman to chair a bank in Mexico and heads the boards of directors of Santander in Mexico, in addition to Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacífico, an administrator of 12 airports in the country and two in Jamaica. Her voice is heard within organizations and boards of trustees, such as the Antiguo Colegio de San Ildefonso, one of Mexico City’s main museums. In 2022, she became the first Mexican to receive the Woodrow Wilson Award for corporate social responsibility.
