Under the leadership of the Colombian entrepreneur, the company began global exports of dried cannabis flower amid the openness offered by regulation in Colombia. The firm, which was founded in 2019, has a 100-hectare cultivation located in Lebrija, Santander, and four processing laboratories for different product categories. Recent milestones include the acquisition of German company Franchise Global Health (FGH), which serves as a pharmaceutical and medical cannabis distributor in that European country, and cannabis products firm JustCBD, which includes a direct-to-consumer business with more than 300,000 customers and a network of more than 14,000 stores in the United States and the world.
