Colombian-born Luz Elena will head Ford’s operations in Mexico, Puerto Rico, Central America and the Caribbean as of 2021. At the end of 2022, she inaugurated the new Ford Mexico campus, a center for the transformation and modernization of the company, after an investment of US$260 million. The executive has 25 years of experience in the automotive industry.
