Manoela Mitchell

Manoela Mitchell is co-founder and CEO of the startup Pipo Saúde, a healthtech focused on service management solutions for human resources that currently serves more than 100 companies. She has a degree in economics from the University of São Paulo (USP), a specialization in entrepreneurship from Stanford University and worked for seven years in the investment area, working at companies such as Barclays Capital, Temasek and Actis. She co-founded Pipo Saúde in 2019. In 2021, the company received an infusion of 100 million reais (US$20.4 million) from U.S. fund Thrive Capital, the largest amount ever raised by a startup led by a woman in Brazil.
