Manuel G. Rivero Santos

He heads Regional, a holding company known primarily for Banregio, a bank that is on a growth path, driven by the need for financing in northern Mexico. It recently received the license to operate the Hey digital bank and is preparing an investment of MXN$660 million (US$38 million) to establish a new operating building. It will seek to house 1,200 new employees there over the next two years.
