She has been the president of Colfondos since 2020 and became the first woman to chair a private pension fund. She is an industrial engineer graduated from the Universidad de Los Andes and holds a master’s degree in administration from Georgetown University. She has been one of the key players in the discussion of the pension reform that Gustavo Petro’s government wants to promote.
