Marcos Leta

Marcos Leta founded his first company, Sucos do Bem, in 2009. Ten years later, he created Fazenda Futuro, the first Brazilian foodtech to develop and produce plant-based meats. Since then, it has expanded into different proteins, such as chicken, fish and pork. In July 2023, the company launched its vegetable milk line, with the oat-based drink: Futuro Aveia. With Fazenda Futuro, Leta won, in 2020, the World Changing Ideas award from American magazine Fast Company, becoming one of the most innovative companies in the world.
