Maria Fuentes

Maria Fuentes, as a lesbian woman, had an insight throughout her career: the difficulty of LGBTI+ collectives and NGOs to attract investments. This gave rise to the idea of founding the digital bank Pride Bank, considered the first financial institution focused on the LGBTI+ public in the world. The institution offers the main financial services, such as digital account and credit card, and allocates 5% of its gross income to the Pride Institute, which distributes the money to social causes.
