Mirazur, located on the Côte d’Azur, also achieved first place in the 50 Best Restaurants ranking, making it the best restaurant in the world. Colagreco transforms his cuisine based on the observation of nature and his menu is inspired by the link between the sky and the earth, the influence of the moon and the planets on plants. He also achieved a star for another of his restaurants, called Ceto, located in a luxurious hotel on the French Riviera.
