Regina Ferreira

Regina Ferreira is CEO of Hutu Casting, an agency dedicated to Black models for advertising. She created the agency in 2019 with the goal of inserting models into the job market. The idea came from Ferreira’s experience as a model and event producer. There she noticed the white majority in the environments, which attributed to Blacks the space of “diversity”. The agency’s goal, Ferreira says, is “to do for others what they didn’t do for me.”
