Roberto Sallouti has been CEO of BTG Pactual, the largest investment bank in Latin America, since 2015. He joined the institution in 1994 and became a partner four years later. He was appointed chief operating officer in 2008. He is one of the people responsible for the entry into the digital retail segment, the bank’s fastest growing area. In 2021, together with André Esteves, he led the creation of Inteli, a non-profit educational institution in São Paulo, with scholarships for half of the students.
