Paula Santilli

Paula Santilli is the CEO of Pepsico Latinoamérica and she is the first Argentine woman executive to hold such a job in a multinational company. She studied communications and developed her career in marketing, and worked for comanies such as Campbell Soup Company, Quaker Oats and the Kellogg Compañy, joining PepsiCo 13 years ago and relocating to Mexico 12 years ago, where she currently resides.
